THE OPPORTUNITY

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in managing the preparation, accuracy, and delivery of all building contracts through the pre-construction process. Acting as the key link between Sales, Estimating, Drafting, and Operations, you’ll ensure every contract is compliant, transparent, and aligned with customer expectations and company standards.

You’ll take ownership of contract accuracy, support seamless communication between teams, and help create a smooth, professional experience for our customers. This is a great opportunity to combine your attention to detail, organisational strengths, and understanding of construction documentation to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.

WHO YOU ARE

You’re a detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment. With strong communication skills and a solid understanding of residential construction processes, you take pride in producing accurate, compliant, and high-quality contract documentation.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with confidence liaising across teams and with external stakeholders.
• Able to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
• Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with residential building contracts, HIA standards, and compliance requirements.
