THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic & Digital Designer to play a key role within our marketing and internal creative studio. This is a true end-to-end creative position where you’ll develop and present new concepts, through to delivering high-impact finished artwork across both digital and print channels, touching every stage of the customer and employee experience.

In this senior role, you’ll help shape and evolve our brand presence nationally, developing creative solutions that support education, lead generation and sales outcomes across all states and product ranges. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, sales and wider business stakeholders, bringing fresh thinking, strong design craft and a solutions-focused mindset to every brief.

You’ll work across a diverse range of projects, from campaign creative, digital content and eDMs, through to printed collateral, internal communications and brand assets, while also helping guide junior designers and freelancers when required.

Building and construction industry experience is not essential. What matters most is your ability to think creatively, execute beautifully and continuously look for better, smarter ways to bring new ideas to life.

WHO YOU ARE

You’re a senior-level designer with 7+ years’ experience who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. You bring energy, confidence and a genuine passion for design, with your finger firmly on the pulse of what’s happening in the creative, digital and marketing world.

You’re known for your can-do attitude, your willingness to explore new ideas, and your desire to continually improve and expand your skill set. You enjoy bouncing ideas off others, challenging the status quo, and working as part of a close-knit creative team.

You’ll also bring:

• Strong, hands-on experience across the Adobe Creative Suite (your core design toolkit)
• Exposure to digital design tools such as Figma, and comfort working within project management workflow platforms like Monday.com
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, balanced with the ability to work at pace
• Experience delivering projects from concept through to final production across digital and print
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
• A proactive, positive mindset and a natural ability to build strong working relationships
