Due to an internal promotion, our Loganholme office are seeking a full-time House and Land Coordinator to join their team. As a House and Land Coordinator, your primary focus is to manage the administration and coordination of all house and land activities. This can include task such as:

  • Maintain the end to end House and Land publishing process (via Runway) for all house and land packages and providing fixed price solutions
  • Ensure land availability is managed, monitored and kept up to date
  • Advertise house and land packages and marketing material via third party platforms, such as
  • Build rapport and help assist external parties such as land developers
  • Training and on-boarding internal stakeholders
  • Complete competitor analysis of house and land pricing and inclusions
  • Assist in the coordination of campaigns and joint ventures (i.e. display openings, expos, etc)
  • Assist the QLD H&L Manager, Sales Manager and sales team when required with ad hoc duties/projects


Whilst previous sales, real estate or residential construction experience would be advantageous it is not necessarily essential - more importantly, we're looking for someone who has a keen interest in residential building or real estate and the motivation to learn new skills on the job.

Ideally though, we're looking for someone who has:

  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills across the Microsoft office suite
  • Proactive and intuitive in their approach
  • Proven experience working autonomous but also able to contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment 
  • Flexible and adaptable - task is too big or too small
  • Able to attend external functions outside of work hours on occasion
  • Professional demeanor and presentation 
  • A valid drivers licence and ability to travel between the office and display homes
