We are looking for experienced or non-experienced house and property sales professionals who understand the importance of making a true, personal connection with customers in order to deliver an outstanding service and product. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn performance-based uncapped commissions and bonuses within an established and growing national business with a trusted name in the industry.  


  • Facilitate the purchase of properties from initial inquiry to sales acceptance
  • Benefit from Start Point’s modern-day sales processes whereby the leads have already been established and qualified, your position within the process will be to close the sale within a supportive team environment
  • Establish new sales networks to assist in increasing sales opportunities, whilst accurately recording lead details into the company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Utilising already established networks to sell a one of a kind offering to support a new aggressive growth plan
  • Complete all sales documentation to an acceptable standard, ensuring that the appropriate checklists are adhered to and that the information provided is not intentionally or unintentionally misleading

Support, resources, and training will be provided to ensure that each consultant has all the tools they require in order to be successful!


  • Expert sale closer in the property industry to sell in a high-volume environment
  • Strong sales skills in areas such as, but not limited to, closing techniques, qualification questioning, subject matter expertise, overcoming and prevention of objection
  • Excellent negotiation, consultation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Finance qualification (Desired)
  • High level of resilience and motivation
