City-Wide Building and Training Services (CWBTS), provides the Australian Building and Construction industry with outstanding industry trained building and construction tradespeople. We currently have over 4,500 participants who are choosing to study with CWBTS and Builders Academy Australia wide.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an RTO Project Assistant to be based at our Tweed Heads, New South Wales office. Reporting to the State Manager NSW | QLD, your key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the coordination of all projects effectively and to deadlines
  • Documenting of policies and procedures and continuous improvement
  • Providing accurate project and sales reporting and data for management
  • Assisting and supporting a range of key new business campaigns
  • Providing outstanding communication and consultation skills
  • Administrative assistance to a busy office and field team
  • Ensuring KPI’s and expectations are met on a weekly basis

Please note: Our staff work varied shifts, availability between 8am – 6pm weekdays is required.

WHO YOU ARE

Essential to this role is your knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and preferably an understanding of the VET sector and / or construction. Experience in an RTO/administrative environment or similar would be an advantage, as well as a strong suite of organisational, problem solving, time management and planning skills as well as experience using VETtrak.

You will be an exceptional communicator, who has a strong customer focus and able to work well both autonomously and in a team environment. You have the capability to build rapport across all levels of the business, and your ability to prioritise whilst having a flexible and adaptable approach will set you on the pathway to success.
