As a Course Advisor (Telephone Sales Consultant) your main focus is to work on various sales campaigns, and convert queries into registrations. 

This includes:

  • Manage inbound and outbound phone and web-based enquiries
  • Work on key sales campaigns to drive new registrations.
  • Achieve and exceed targets and KPIs
  • Provide accurate enrolment advice to prospective students nationally
  • Provide eligibility advice and conducting eligibility assessments based on funded training opportunities
  • Assist with the preparation of key enrolment documentation
  • Ensure the accurate management of the student database

Please note: Our staff work varied shifts, availability between 8:30 am – 6:30 pm weekdays is desired.


You will be an exceptional sales professional with a clear and concise phone talent, who has a strong sales and customer focus and are able to work well both autonomously and in a team environment. A background in contact centres or telesales would be advantageous for your success in this role.

You have the capability to build rapport across all levels of the business, and your ability to prioritise whilst having a flexible and adaptable approach will set you on the pathway to success. Essential to this role is your sales and negotiation skills and proficient use of Microsoft Office programs.

You will have experience in a sales environment, contact centre as well as a strong suite of organisational, problem solving, time management and planning skills.
