THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a talented Marketing and CX Administrator to join our Simonds team. As our Marketing & CX Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing efforts and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This hybrid role involves three days per week assisting the marketing department and two days per week handling reception duties.  This diverse role offers the opportunity to work across multiple functions and contribute to the overall success of our company.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for internal staff regarding imagery, signage and collateral requests.
  • Assisting with the coordination and management of events, launches and conferences.
  • Assisting the Digital team with related tasks, including website maintenance and monitoring and social media management.
  • Coordinating sales office fitouts and signage in conjunction with the Display team.
  • Providing general administrative support to the marketing team
  • Handling reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.
  • Addressing customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about marketing and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in marketing or customer service roles (preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
