As a Marketing Coordinator, your primary focus is to assist with coordinating campaigns and promotions, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing collateral and providing administrative support to the broader marketing team. This includes:

  • Be the first point of contact for internal staff regarding imagery, signage and collateral requests.
  • Assisting coordination and management of events, launches and conferences.
  • Liaising with production houses and advertising agencies on development and production of POS material.
  • Assisting the Digital team with related tasks, including website maintenance and monitoring and social media activity.
  • Coordinating team meetings, including confirming agendas and documenting/distributing minutes.
  • Providing general administrative support to the marketing team.
  • Assisting with the compilation of new display home briefs.



  • You will have strong marketing administration experience
  • Knowledge of proficiency in the Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative suites and the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships is desired.
  • You will be an excellent communicator, and with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
