THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a full-time, permanent basis. The role will be responsible for providing and executing end to end recruitment services including sourcing, identifying, interviewing, engaging and onboarding key talent, in addition to assisting with other People and Culture projects.

In line with business growth, we are expanding our small team and seeking individuals who would like to grow with us. You will be joining at an exciting time while we expand the People & Culture function, and make improvements to our employee and candidate experience.

WHO YOU ARE?

  • Previous experience within a similar role, ideally 2+ years
  • Able to thrive in a high-volume and fast paced business environment
  • Demonstrated ability in delivering end to end recruitment
  • Strong communication skills and able to build relationships, whether this is with managers,
  • High attention to detail
  • Previous experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • The ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively
  • Someone who can work professionally and quickly without compromising on quality
