THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a full time Sales Administrator to join our Sales team in the Metro North . Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager - VIC Metro North, this important role will assist the sales team to continually grow the pipeline of deposits and sales accepts, in addition to providing administrative support and a high level of customer care.

Some key accountabilities of this role include:

  • Provide administrative support to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) & sales team.
  • Assess the completeness & detail of each sales file for sales accept submission.
  • Liaise with sales & operations team for any missing sales file documents.
  • Work from the display home sales offices as need be to provide on-site sales support.
  • Complete market research and competitor analysis when required.
  • Provide assistance with any stock/supplies ordering for the sales team.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive and self-motivated attitude
  • Experience reporting to customers and internal stakeholders
  • An understanding of land development is desirable
