We are seeking a Maintenance and Warranty Supervisor to oversee works for Madisson Homes (part of Simonds Group). This is a full-time, on-going position. Your primary focus is to liaise with occupants and tradesman to assess and complete any required warranty works. This can include tasks such as:

  • Conducting water leak tests
  • Investigating storm events and the cause a leak.
  • Facilitating building movement investigations and managing the site remedial works.
  • You must be able to promptly and effectively communicate with occupants, trades and internal departments to meet desired outcomes.
  • Manage job costs
  • Ensure works are completed to manufacturers requirements and the relevant standards
  • Follow Madisson/Simonds processes and practices; and
  • Always provide excellent customer service.


  • Minimum Certificate IV in Building & Construction or sufficient equivalent experience (mandatory)
  • Valid driver's license (mandatory)
  • Have completed and can provide a copy of a WH&S Construction Industry card (White card)
  • Good working knowledge of Australian Building Codes and Standards/National Construction Code (NCC)
  • Meet the State Government COVID requirements
  • Previous experience in maintenance and/or warranty work (minimum 5+ years)
  • Ability to manage a wide range of trades
  • Trustworthy, reliable and flexible in their approach to work
  • A great team ethos but is also able to work well autonomously
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Effective communication skills and ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Can work to strict timelines, have a sense of urgency and can prioritize tasks effectively.
