We are seeking an experienced Sales / Production Estimator, to support our Adelaide operations team with both sales and production estimating capability. Key accountabilities of this role include:

  • On time deliverables – tender costings, sales estimates, BOQs and job orders
  • Contribute to the development of our processes and QA systems
  • Ensure our margins are maintained throughout the job cycle
  • Liaison with our sales, operations & construction teams, and suppliers
  • Provide technical support and advice to stakeholders
  • Assist in process improvement, document control, and quality assurance initiatives


We are looking for someone who has:

  • Significant estimating experience within the domestic construction industry (essential)
  • A tertiary degree/diploma in building or related discipline (essential)
  • Strong analytical skills and the capability to interpret technical drawings
  • Solid knowledge of the National Construction Code in its application to residential construction
  • Exceptional communication skills, ability to work within a team to achieve set targets
  • High attention to detail, demonstrated planning, organisational and time management skills
