We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to support our construction team in the Loganholme area. However, we welcome and encourage applications from those with a current QBCC Site Supervisors Licence with less experience. This key role will manage a portfolio of home builds from site start through to the final inspection and maintenance stage. Reporting to the Regional Building Manager, some key accountabilities of this role include:

  • Coordinate and manage trades and suppliers, establish a reliable trade base
  • Build strong and ongoing working relationships with clients, trades and key stakeholders
  • Ensure correct building practices and procedures are always adhered to
  • Ensure quality homes are built within set time frames and budgeted guidelines
  • Enforce and adhere to OH&S regulations
  • Complete inspections and appropriate paperwork
  • Weekly KPI reporting


Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in a similar role supervising residential home builds OR residential construction experience and a strong trade background
  • A thorough understanding of Australian building and WHS regulations and quality assurance systems
  • A white card (completed the general construction induction course)
  • A valid driver's licence
  • Solid project management skills, including experience in managing and developing a trade network
  • The ability to effectively communicate with a diverse customer group and deliver excellent customer service
  • Strong time management, IT and administration skills
  • An eagerness to learn and be a part of a supportive team
