THE OPPORTUNITY

Simonds are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our Internal Sales Team in SA. We have been overwhelmed with digital leads and phone enquiries and are therefore looking for a driven salesperson with a tenacious attitude and a high work ethic to capitalise on this unique and highly sort after opportunity. This a full time position based out of the Simonds Office in Adelaide.

As an Internal Sales Consultant, your primary focus is to respond to and manage incoming sales leads using SalesForce and to sell new homes. This includes working with leads generated through all web channels and phone enquiries and meeting clients at our office or one of our numerous display locations across Adelaide.

Some key responsibilities of this role can therefore include:

  • Facilitate the purchase of Simonds' homes from initial inquiry to files submission
  • Support strategic marketing campaigns in line with business objectives whilst accurately recording lead details
  • Provide an exceptionally high level of customer service
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings at the Adelaide office or one of the various display homes across SA
  • Manage and follow up on leads generated through various channels
  • Updating client information via our CRM platform SalesForce

WHO YOU ARE

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Strong sales experience (preferably in new home sales)
  • Experience achieving and exceeding set sales targets and KPIs
  • A flexible, adaptable and self-motivated approach to work
  • An ability to build rapport and trust quickly and easily
  • An understanding of what delivering exceptional customer service across a diverse customer group entails
  • A solid ability to use the Microsoft Office suite
  • A fearless approach to proactively seek out and generate new sales leads
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays, as required

Knowledge of Sales Force as well as access to a motor vehicle are also highly desirable.
