We are gearing up our Projects Business to increase our participation in the rapidly growing government housing sector.


We are seeking a full time Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team in QLD. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this important role will act as the first point of contact and liaison between Sales and Operations teams, coordinating all relevant activities such as sales accepts and related paperwork to ensure a seamless, accurate, and timely transition from Sales to Operations.

Some key accountabilities of this role include:

  • Provide support to the regional sales team if/when the Regional Sales Manager is unavailable
  • Undertake administrative tasks for the Regional Sales Manager and wider sales team, demonstrating a high level or detail, accuracy, and consistency between tasks
  • Assist the regional/state sales team in the secondary management of existing sales to ensure that deals in the pipeline progresses to the next stage of the process accordingly
  • Update the deposit schedule daily
  • Update and maintain the Sales Map daily
  • Ensure that the relevant Customer Relationship Management software (e.g. SalesForce) is maintained and updated with accurate information
  • Follow up outstanding sales accept items with Sales Consultants and track progress
  • Liaise with clients as required to follow up on paperwork for sales accepts
  • Assist in completing the relevant forms to ensure a successful file accept by the Operations team
  • Assist in the coordination and publishing of House and Land packages
  • Coordinate with the Regional Building Manager for construction approvals
  • Coordinate with Engineers for preliminary engineering orders
  • Coordinate with Sales Estimators for all site cost requests
  • Ensure that site cost requests are provided to Sales Consultants in a timely manner
  • Assist the Sales team with sales-related activities, such as the development of formal sales plans and proposals


To be successful in this role, we're looking for someone has:

  • Professional level written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating patience, acceptance, and tolerance
  • Strong relationship building skills with expertise in the effective management of diverse internal and external stakeholder groups
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, as well as autonomously
  • Intermediate level computer literacy, including the ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), and well as other applications (e.g. CRM software).
