We are gearing up our Projects Business to increase our participation in the rapidly growing government housing sector.


We are seeking a full time Sales Administrator to join our Sales team. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager - VIC Country East, this important role will be based in Wonthaggi and will assist the sales team to continually grow the pipeline of deposits and sales accepts, in addition to providing administrative support and a high level of customer care.

Some key accountabilities of this role include:

  • Prepare and coordinate house and land packages, ensure information is accurate in relation to pricing costs and building and construction regulations and compliance
  • Maintain a register of developer agreements
  • Quality control, ensure the centralised database is current and accurate with all available land and details tracked
  • Report stock lists both internally and to land agents
  • Complete market research and competitor analysis
  • Prepare and complete sales files for submission prior to sales accept
  • Follow up outstanding contractual obligations in conjunction with conveyancer and broker
  • Follow up outstanding sales accept items with Sales Consultants
  • Prepare and assess the detail of each sale and present to Sales Manager for approval
  • Provide administrative support to the internal sales team
  • General reception duties, as required


To be successful in this role, we're looking for someone has:

  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Effective organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive and self-motivated attitude
  • Experience reporting to customers and internal stakeholders
  • An understanding of land development is desirable
  • A high level of commercial acumen and drive, with demonstrated ability to efficiently manage time frames
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
