We are seeking a full time Project Estimator to join our elite Masterpiece team. As a Project Estimator, you will be responsible for costing tenders, accurately producing BOQs and placement of orders for construction. Quality is of paramount importance to us so we’re looking for someone who has a high degree of attention to detail, can think on their feet, is driven to achieve results and is a team player. 

Some key accountabilities of this role include:

  • Contributing to the development of our costing systems & inventory.
  • On time deliverables – tender costings, sales estimates, BOQs & job orders.
  • Ensuring our margins are maintained throughout the job cycle. 
  • Complete set tasks and achieve job targets within designated time frames
  • Liaison with our sales team, suppliers and construction team. 
  • Offer Providing technical support and advice to our team 
  • Assisting in process improvement, document control, and mapping of standard operating procedures. Maintain organised files and appropriate documentation of completed work


Significant estimating experience within the domestic construction industry is essential. 

Tertiary education in building or related disciplines is a must. Equally important is a willingness to demonstrate leadership and to assist with the development of others.

Extensive knowledge of the application of the National Construction Code to residential construction and Australian Standards is required, along with strong analytical skills and the capability to interpret technical drawings. 

You will be an exceptional communicator, be able to work with your team in order to achieve set targets and KPIs. High attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines and have demonstrated planning, organisational and time management skills will ensure that you are successful in this role.
