We are seeking a full time, Operations Administrator. This pivotal role will provide general administration assistance to the Operations Manager and wider team as required. Reporting to the Operations Manager, some key accountabilities of this role include:

  • General front desk/reception duties i.e. answering and transferring telephone calls
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Organise and prioritise client files within set timeframes
  • Assist with preparing contracts and tender documentation
  • Daily banking and mail
  • Ensure all client files are recorded and maintained frequently and accurately
  • Create reports, workflow documentation and purchase orders
  • General ad hoc administration support, as required


Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Proven administration experience, preferably within the residential building industry
  • An adaptable communication style, with ability to build rapport quickly and easily and enjoys a thriving, fast paced environment
  • A strong understanding of the importance of providing exceptional customer service
  • Proficient computer literacy and use of MS Office suite
  • The drive to learn and progress to potentially grow into other avenues of the business  
  • An ability to take responsibility for and manage own workflow whilst contributing to a productive work environment
  • The capacity to multi-task and a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines and have demonstrated planning/organisational and time management skills
