THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Gallery Consultant to support our Corporate Gallery team. Assisting clients with outstanding customer service, whilst guiding and supporting them with interior and exterior design selections for their home. Reporting to the Gallery Manager some key accountabilities of this role include:

  • Prepare for and attending client appointments
  • Remain up to date on Simonds products, promotions, suppliers, and new and emerging market trends
  • Provide comprehensive product knowledge for clients to make informed decisions
  • Provide accurate and detailed information on client’s selections and quantities to estimating
  • Achieve personal and team targets regarding client surveys and sales/upgrades
  • Ensure all documents and systems i.e. variation price book are regularly updated with relevant notes

WHAT YOU WILL OFFER

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Certificate IV Interior Design (or similar) and/or equivalent industry experience
  • Exceptional sales and customer service skills
  • An administration background and is familiar with the MS office suite
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • A willingness to learn and understand Simonds products offerings
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
