We are seeking an experienced Sales Contractor Administrator to support the sales contractor model nationally. This key role will work collaboratively with other business functions to ensure compliance and governance of all contractual obligations. Reporting to the Manager – Transactional Services some key accountabilities of this role include:

  • Updating and maintaining the contractor database to ensure accuracy
  • Validating contractor details in line with compliance and governance
  • Assisting with the preparation of contractor documentation and the administration of contractors
  • Managing the execution of the advance payment on commission agreements
  • Providing reports on active and terminated contractors
  • Processing contractor terminations
  • Reconciling commission payments at important stages of a contractor life-cycle in a timely manner


Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Strong financial and accounting experience and who is very analytical in nature
  • Commercial acumen
  • Solid administrative ability with a high attention to detail
  • Experience in reviewing legal documentation and understanding commission structures
  • A willingness to learn and understand the contractor model and the processes involved
  • Demonstrated problem solver and someone who proactively seeks to find solutions
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
