THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Maintenance Administrator to support our maintenance team with managing enquiries, scheduling maintenance, and preparing reports for jobs in the country west region. Reporting to the Regional Maintenance Manager some key accountabilities of this role include:

  • Respond to phone and e-mail enquires regarding service and warranty jobs
  • Schedule and allocate jobs to supervisors
  • Gather relevant information to assist supervisors with jobs
  • E-mail supervisor’s inspection reports
  • Keep an updated register of service and warranty jobs that have commenced and completed
  • Schedule maintenance appointments with clients, trades, suppliers, and maintenance staff

WHAT YOU WILL OFFER

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in a similar role and/or equivalent industry experience
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and consultation skills
  • Expertise in providing high level customer service for a range of complex matters
  • An ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with a range of key stakeholders
  • Strong administration experience and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks
