We are seeking a Wholesale House and Land Coordinator on a full-time, on-going basis. As a Wholesale House and Land Coordinator your primary focus is to create Wholesale House and Land packages in line with the House and Land Strategy and forecasted budgets. Reporting to the Project Manager / Executive Assistant – Research and Development, some key accountabilities of this role include:

  • Prepare packages requested by Channel partner/s. This includes but is not limited to;
    • Prepare sitings
    • Request fixed site costs summary via the House and Land Team
    • Interpret, include, and cost developer requirements
    • Include and cost upgrade items
    • Prepare SAM Sales Advice Quote
  • Develop and maintain methods for capturing accurate information relation to pricing packaging costs
  • Ensure packages are complaint and satisfy all building codes, energy efficiency requirements, developer guidelines and local authority requirements
  • Ensure margins are maintained at pre-determined company benchmarks
  • Provide continual feedback on products and product development
  • Prepare and provide all relevant sales accept documents to Channel Partner for execution with purchase
  • Liaise with Channel Partner to ensure all sales accept items have been executed and received
  • Accurate preparation and completion of new home sales orders (sales files) in anticipation for submission to the Operations team prior to the sales accept process
  • General ad hoc administrative support to the sales team, as required


Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:

  • 2+ years’ industry experience, ideally in a similar role
  • An understanding of land development is desirable as well as an ability to read and interpret developer guidelines, engineering plans, POS etc.
  • Good organisation and time management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A high level of communication skills, both oral and written
  • A positive and self-motivated attitude
  • Experience reporting to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills with expertise in the effective management of diverse internal and external stakeholder groups.
  • A high level of commercial acumen and drive, with demonstrated ability to efficiently manage time frames
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
