THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a full time, Sales Administrator to join our Start Point team in Baulkham Hills. Reporting to the Sales Manager – Start Point, this important role will assist the Sales Manager and wider internal Sales team to continually grow the pipeline of deposits and sales accepts, in addition to providing administrative support and a high level of customer care.

Some key accountabilities of this role include:

  • Preparing and coordinating house and land packages, ensuring information is accurate in relation to pricing costs and building and construction regulations and compliance
  • Maintaining a register of developer agreements
  • Quality control, ensuring the centralised database is current and accurate with all available land and details tracked
  • Reporting of stock lists both internally and to land agents
  • Completing market research and competitor analysis
  • Preparing and completing sales files for submission prior to sales accept
  • Following up outstanding contractual obligations in conjunction with conveyancer and broker
  • Following up outstanding sales accept items with Sales Consultants
  • Prepare and assess detail of each sale and present to Sales Manager for approval
  • Providing administrative support to the internal sales team

WHO YOU ARE

To be successful in this role, we're looking for someone has:

  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Effective organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive and self-motivated attitude
  • Experience reporting to customers and internal stakeholders
  • An understanding of land development is desirable
  • A high level of commercial acumen and drive, with demonstrated ability to efficiently manage time frames
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
