KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Facilitate the purchase of properties from initial inquiry to sales acceptance
  • Benefit from XPress modern-day sales processes whereby the leads have already been established and qualified, your position within the process will be to help people into their new home
  • Establish new sales networks to assist in increasing sales opportunities, whilst accurately recording lead details into the company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Utilising already established networks to sell a one of a kind offering to support a new aggressive growth plan
  • Complete all sales documentation to an acceptable standard, ensuring that the appropriate checklists are adhered to and that the information provided is not intentionally or unintentionally misleading

Support, resources, and training will be provided to ensure that each consultant has all the tools they require in order to be successful!

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • A solution focused and enthusiastic mind set
  • A commitment and desire to help people 
  • A willingness to learn and be coached to become a professional in the industry 
  • Excellent negotiation, consultation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Finance qualification (Desired)
  • High level of resilience and motivation
