We are seeking an Internal Sales Consultant to join our successful Sales Team. You’ll be based out of the Simonds Head Office on St Kilda Road, with the ability to sell across Metro Melbourne’s Greenfield Estates.

The successful applicant will work with leads generated through all web channels and our busy 1300 phone enquiry. They’ll also have the flexibility to meet clients at head office or at one of our numerous display locations across Melbourne with control over their own diary.

As an Internal Sales Consultant, your primary focus is to respond to and manage incoming sales leads using Sales Force and to sell new homes. Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Facilitate the purchase of Simonds homes from initial inquiry to files submission
  • Proactively establish new sales networks to assist in increasing sales opportunities whilst accurately recording lead details
  • Support strategic marketing campaigns in line with business objectives
  • Provide an exceptionally high level of customer service


In order to be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be Pty Ltd registered
  • Have strong sales experience in new home sales
  • Have experience achieving and exceeding set sales targets and KPIs
  • Be flexible, adaptable and self-motivated in your approach to work
  • Be able to build rapport and trust quickly and easily
  • Understand what delivering exceptional customer service across a diverse customer group entails
  • Have solid ability using the Microsoft Office suite
  • Be available to work weekends and public holidays as required
  • Be fearless in your approach to proactively seeking out and generating new sales leads
