Simonds Group have exciting opportunities available as we launch our new and exclusive (one of a kind) home and finance product, which is set to take the first home buyer market by storm. WHO YOU ARE

We're on the hunt for seasoned sales people who understand the importance of making a true, personal connection with customers. In order to succeed in this role you'll need to be highly motivated, resilient and tenacious. 

You must be willing to work towards realistic KPI metrics which have been created to motivate our best performers to achieve and exceed these metrics month-to-month. Support, resources, and training will be provided to ensure that our team have all the tools they need in order to be successful and to help develop our people professionally.

As these are high paced roles, being able to maintain efficiency and a level-headed demeanor with clients and colleagues is paramount. And of course, be able to operate with confidence, ethics, and integrity.

Given that this is a customer-facing role, availability outside of traditional work hours and on weekends/public holidays is required.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Qualified and booked appointments arranged for you, just manage the Sales process until Sales Accept
  • Establish new sales networks to assist in increasing sales opportunities, whilst accurately recording lead details into the company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Use the relevant IT systems and software required in order to complete all sales transactions, in line with established processes and practices
  • Support strategic marketing campaigns in line with sales and overall business objectives
  • Provide an exceptionally high level of customer service to a diverse client group
  • Complete all sales documentation to an acceptable standard, ensuring the appropriate checklists are adhered to
  • Confidently empathetic with a supportive buying cycle to encourage action
  • Accurately provide the details of inclusions and packaged to clients, ensuring that the information provided is not intentionally or unintentionally misleading
  • Help to continuously promote the company’s products, promotions, and services
  • Attend training and events such as sales launches, annual sale conference, and supplier events

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Have an understanding of finance qualification (training provided)
  • Strong sales skills in areas such as, but not limited to, closing techniques, qualification questioning, subject matter expertise, overcoming and prevention of objection
  • Excellent negotiation, consultation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work cohesively in a team environment and assist other team members where reasonably necessary
  • Able to build rapport quickly and easily with a range of stakeholders (both internal and external)
  • High attention to detail
  • High level of resilience
  • Previous experience working towards set targets and KPIs
