THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a suitably qualified HR Coordinator to join our People and Culture team on a full-time, permanent basis. The purpose of this role is to support our small (but dedicated!) HR team, based out of our Head Office on St Kilda Road. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who already has a foundation in HR and is looking to expand their skills and experience within a national, ASX listed organisation. There are plenty of opportunities within the role to contribute to a number of HR functions so whether your passion is reward and recognition or employee relations, we’d love to hear from you!
Some key accountabilities of this role include but are not limited to:
- Delivering timely and accurate administration support to the People & Culture team
- Representing the team as first point of contact for the business, including monitoring the central email inbox and answering the general phone line
- Coordinating and running the fortnightly Corporate Induction
- Data reporting
- Helping to maintaining up-to-date and accurate information employee personnel files and HRIS (PageUp and HR3)
- Assisting with various projects such as the end-of-year function and staff events
- Ad hoc administration support such as contract/letter generation, the People & Culture newsletter (via MailChimp) and organisational charts
WHO YOU ARE
Ideally we’re looking for someone who is/has:
- Human Resource qualified, of sufficient equivalent experience
- Previous Human Resource experience within a similar role, ideally 2+ years
- Solid administration experience across the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio)
- Action oriented and can handle multiple demands within a fast paced work environment, often to short deadlines
- High attention to detail to ensure data integrity
- Able to problem-solve autonomously and deliver accurate solutions
- Flexible and unflappable in your approach to work
- Previous experience with data reporting would be highly advantageous
- Experience using PageUp or a similar recruitment program would also be an advantage
