We are seeking a full-time Production Estimator to join our beautiful and conveniently located Adelaide office. As a Production Estimator, you are responsible for maintaining quality of work, high levels of accuracy and meeting the required turnaround times for all work produced.

Some key accountabilities of this role can include:

  • Complete set tasks and achieve job targets within designated time frames
  • Complete quantity take offs on residential dwellings
  • Obtain relevant quotes and pricing (non-standard)
  • Offer technical support to team members and sales staff
  • Maintain organised files and appropriate documentation of completed work
  • Provide support to site supervisors


  • Previous estimating experience, ideally within the volume residential construction industry, or similar
  • A tertiary/TAFE qualification in estimating would be highly advantageous
  • Practical working knowledge of the Residential Building Code and Australian Standards
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings
  • Previous experience working to set timeframes and deliverables
  • High attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
